Praise Is The Cure™ is an initiative is designed to promote breast cancer outreach and prevention and to celebrate survivors. Our mission is to motivate, educate and encourage African American women to get breast cancer screenings and treatment.

Children’s Festival

This event will feature story time, games and other activities for children ages 2 to 10 and their parents. Knowing that breast cancer affects the whole family the objective of this program is educate children about breast cancer and encourage adults to have discussion about the disease with their children. Kerri Marie Conner will be on hand to read from her book “My Mommy Has Breast Cancer, But She Is Ok”. Refreshments will be served.
